I Lost The Moon/Update: Me Mooning

Postby Clipper » Wed Sep 07, 2005 6:36 am

This is a new one...I can't seem to get the moon to appear. The moon's reflection on water is there, but no moon. I've tried default on all days of the month, I've tried FSSkyworld "full moon"...nada... Anyone suggest

I always find that it comes as a big surprise that it only seems to appear during the hours of darkness...

So you really only have two choices, Clip....
Either staid out in the garden all night gazing at the Moon, and suffer the wroth of the Missus....
....or get up in the middle of the night, when you think she's asleep, and creep outside and gaze at the Moon....
That is the only way that you can be really sure that it hasn't gone off somewhere else when you wasn't looking.....

There is definitely a Moon in England, I've seen it, and you should also have one on your side of the Pond...

So don't despair....keep looking, Clip, and it will appear...
...trust me...

Paul... ;)... ;D...!

I had this problem recently as well, I would fly over the great lakes and see the reflection but no moon in the sky.  It seems to have fixed itself because it is back and shows up during both day and night when appropriate.  Just make sure you are not flying during a new moon since the game shows phases.

O.k. Let's start with that "mutated critter band". Ozzy, it was kind of amusing till the close ups...i've seen better looking road kill....Rollerball you did warn me, but with consequences so traumatizing you could have been more specific...wait......i'm gonna puke again....
Fozz, you've just loaded my gun with enough "Disney dress-up" ideas you'll be wishing old Walt was never born....Bart's ass?...ye have been warned... ;)
JB, if it was, I would have posted in the Cafe.....
Soui, Woozy and USMC, are you sure you want to take my question seriously and offer help? Who knows what it'll do with your reputation....like it just did with mine. ;D

There you go, Clip....
...Just goes to show that if you wait long enough, someone will come up with a can of beans sensible answer... ;D...!

It's just a shame that it doesn't happen very often... ;)...!

Cheers Mate...!

Paul....over the Moon... 8)... ;D...!
