Joerg Zeitschel Ventura County Bell 204B texture

I found a package download for the Bell 204B helicopter from the series "Lost" on this site.  The helo model is by Lynn Rogers, paint by Joerg Zeitschel.  The description of the file within the Simviation FS2004 download section states it has a Ventura County, CA helicopter texture enclosed in the file as "texture.1."  Upon opening the file there is no "texture.1."  Does anyone know if this was provided separately, or did it just not come with the package?

For the benefit of anyone who is interested - I also emailed Joerg; he responded by saying what was in the posting was a mistake, there never was a second texture.
