Mapinfo and navaid not in syncro

Hello
Try to fly from Lgmk to Lgko on the Ur19 airway.
Vor1 is on the KEA 115 freq radial 105.
When i fly a center needle the plane is not on the airway. (mapview) Is this a fs 9 problem or is it caused by an add on scenery. If i misplaced or overwrite a bgl file. Which bgl includes the KEA Vor?
