Ships???

Postby captjim » Sat Feb 04, 2012 10:17 am

Hi fellow simmers, captjim here again.  I noticed that there are several ships included in the download sites.  How and/or where do you download them?  :-/

If you're referring to 'pilotable' ships (ones you can 'drive') then they get installed to your \aircraft\ folder like any airplane. (They're basically a float aircraft that can't fly, only taxi.)
Once properly installed you select the ship from the 'Select aircraft' window just like an aircraft.

Most downloads will have install instructions in an included .txt file.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
