System set to log flight time automatically.        Where is this data stored?

In Vista it's in C:\\My Documents\Flight Simulator Files\Logbook.log

You might like the utility MyFSLog;  it reads the logbook and prepares an htm file with tabulations of aircraft usage, installed aircraft usage, and monthly usage.

Thank you.     I use XP Pro.      Can you expand?

In XP Pro you will find it in C:\\My Documents\Flight Simulator Files
Once you've entered that file find a text document with your name on it if you created a logbook in your name.  If not find the text file named Logbook.
