Experiencing lack of SIDs for ENGM in my flight simulator 2004 I edited the ENGM file with:

SIDS
SID BBU6D RNW 19R FIX OVERFLY GM408 AT OR ABOVE 1200 FIX GM409 SPEED 220 FIX BBU
