IFDG A 319

Postby Peedy » Mon Feb 14, 2011 3:16 pm

Hi Guy's some help please. I downloaded the file IFDG A 319 Airbus SAS updated. It's a big file and claims to have everything in it. As instructed after download iv'e amended the FS9 cnfg file and then placed the four files into the FS9 folder. I get the plane ok but it is with a Cessna cockpit and no virtual cockpit. While reading the Docs folder it says I also need the guage file 320ry_2zip. If that is so I cant find it anywhere. Why do they say it is the complete file. What am I missing ? Kind Regards Peedy.

I'll check it out ...

ifdg do not do VC's (the package doesn't say VC) but if you are seeing the c172 panel something is wrong ..

Edit: - Suspect you haven't installed it right and it is overly complicated for what should be a simple install .... . - it's also quite possible that he has not assembled it correctly .. (If so I'll just delete the file)

I haven't actually tried it but the file is not the normal installation and involves careful reading of the File_id and Install document. He seems to have assembled it the very old way involving fsfsconv.

It may be worth just putting in a new replacement 2d panel. A 2d panel is all you will have at the end of the day so what does it matter?
