FSUIPC Disabled

Hi. Im new here,and dont understand why i havent registered before now.. im flying (FS2004) for Virtual Lufthansa on fs9.co.uk. Yesterday,i recieved a problem. I finally got Fonds to get the QW757. Happy and pleased i started to install it.. With the result. No Main gear,flaps at full that i couldnt retract,and spoilers deployed. no panels was working. And the thing is that my FSUIPC.dll and my TrafficInfo.dll is disabled every time i start up my FS2004 after i installed the QW757.. Anyone that have a good advice to me?? Dont understand a thing
