I have downloaded and installed Julian Avisenis's Inertial

Out of curiosity, what did you do to solve the problem?  Just in case any of the rest of us fall into the same situation. 8-)

I installed "FSSound.dll" that I copied from my F/S2002 modules file into the FS9 modules folder. Just to be sure I also installed:

[Oldmodules]
FSSound.dll=1

in the FS9.cfrg file.
