How do I slow down?

I thank all those who took the trouble to reply on this topic.    The aircraft in question is Kazunori Ito's F-106A.    I do have some small knowledge of jets having flown about 100 assorted types of them - including the F-106A.     Believe me, the real one gave no problems in slowing down.    One could go on batting this topic around,  but I suspect to no avail.      So, one F-106A into the bin and download another!
