i used to have active camera which worked great to take screen shots from diffrent perspectives within flight... from the spot view since i reinstalled FS2004 and active cam it doesn't work .... so any idea of another programme which I can buy / freeware that will do this for me?!?

Get version 1.33 for FS2004, it's in a better format than the newer beta.

Can't you just contact the supplier of ActiveCam and get the issue resolved?  It should be simple.
