How can I slow down the DeHavilland Dash 7 taxi speed?

You'll notice on the right of the engine controls pedestal some levers called "condition levers". Pull those back about halfway while taxiing.  ;)

As Sean said... it's called Beta range, use it during taxi for all turboprops, changes the blade angle so it's not procuding forward or reverse thurst.
