Here's how it all turned out:
I deleted both C-133B folders, and looked for the C-133B file someone suggested. I downloaded and installed Mike Stone's model (this is the one with the gray panel I referred to as "D" in my initial post). To make it more "operational," I dropped the clock and turn needle, and replaced them with the DC-6B's OBS and Boeing Stratocruiser's DME. I also hung the Lear 45's autopilot panel near the top of the screen between the C-133's center windshield posts. And I'll be damned -- they all work! I might continue to swap instruments to make the panel look even better, but I've had enough "fun" for one day.
In Tim Conrad's readme.txt file, he said that some of the gauges and switches were dummies, so I guess it's not going to be as flyable as the one I'm using. But I will keep a copy of your suggestion for future use. Thanks for your help.
