Nicks FS9 tweaks?

Perhaps I am just blind but I do not seem to be able to find Nick Needham's FS9 tweaks tutorial anywhere.

I thought it was once in the FAQ section bit I do not find that section either.

I do find Nick's FSX tweaks post but not the FS9 (FS2004) one.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
