New Boston Logan (KBOS) Scenery?.....I'm Confused!

I noticed that a "new" Boston Logan airport scenery (KBOS) has been added to the FS2004 library.  Upon downloading it, I discovered that the Readme is from Grimshaw's Version 1 KBOS that has been out for quite awhile.

Are these new textures to use with that scenery?  Is this a completely new scenery?  The file size is quite a bit smaller than the version that I have been using for years (I believe Grimshaw's KBOS Version 2).

If anyone could clarify for me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hmm, that's odd. IIRC the current ("correct") version of Grimshaw's BOS is version 2. It would make sense, if what you downloaded was version 1, that it was smaller than v2.
