New Views

I am trying to get a new view for FS2004 from where you are at the end of the runway, watching the plane taking off, facing you and as the plane flies overhead, the camera twists around to match the view again, like as in this video.

Try DBS walk and follow for that, will take a bit of getting useful but should be possible.

Have a look at the F1 View utility here:

http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=library

And the Fly-By Module here:

http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities6.htm

Both will open up new viewing possibilties for your sim, and both are freeware. (The fly-by module is limited funtionality shareware,  but the features you're looking for are available in the freeware demo)

Hi PyroXavier and welcom to SimV :)

Probably the easiest way to achieve the effect you want is to move the tower position to the opposite end of the runway in the map, and then go to Tower View while taking off.

Best.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. But why take the risk?
