Jet Power

Reference high performance afterburning jet aircraft such as the Century Series fighters.       In the [TurbineEngineData] section of the .cfg file, should the Static_Thrust be entered as the 'cold' power thrust or the 'afterburning' thrust?       I have used the 'afterburning' thrust values and, while it is possible to get the top end performance, it is almost impossible to get the aircraft to slow down.       Even with throttles closed, rpm is still indicating 70-80% and the aircraft is still accelerating.       I would appreciate any comments.
