Running fs9 on my current system ok, once I sorted out the cold bug in the 7600gs, but have been offered at an unbeatable price I.E. nothing, the following.
anyone know of any isues with them and fs9
Intel core 2 duo 3ghz
Sapphire Radeon HD3870 512mb ddr4 PCIE
2gb ddr2 pc6400
gigabyte mainboard with intel p35 chipset 7.1 audio

I think i'll be able to run fully maxed out

It should, mine does and it's not as good as that sounds! 8-)
fs9-60fps locked & steady all maxed
fsx-20fps locked & reasonably steady (18-20) all maxed

...dear old FS9 will run on almost anything...

...even old cooking oil... :)...!

I'm still happily running my old (ancient) Socket A, AMD 2600 MMX Thoroughbred (2.1 GHz) Processor, and nVidia 7800GS 256 Graphics Card, with 2.3 GB DDR Ram installed...

...and running "smoothly" with Frame Rates locked at 25 FPS, and everything maxed... [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]...!

...what more could I want?... ;).... :)....!

Paul....G-BPLF..... 8-)...!

I ran fsx for over a year, until finally sanity returned and back to fs9. fsx is lovely, but not if you actually want to fly.  ;D
