If you are flying an IFR flightplan and communicating with ATC they should guide you onto the correct approach ;)

It's all depending on the wind, which runway(s) are active. Fly real world, take a look at the METAR, or the TAF's.

Secondly, if you know where the airport is, check your heading, the runways are numbered according to their heading.

Example: Runway 09 would be within 10* of heading 090*
              Runway 34R would be within 10* of heading 340* on the rightmost runway.

I could have a heading of, say, 056*, the runway would be numbered Runway 060*, cause that's the nearest tenth.
