737 POSKY Virtual Cockpit??

Postby Double_Farvel » Thu Jul 10, 2008 11:45 am

Is there a way that I can add a virtual cockpit to the POSKY 737? I have tried looking around, but perhaps not hard enough. Can anyone either show me to one, or tell me how to install one?
Thanks

You cannot add a VC to a FS9 model. This is only possible with FSX models.

I know the POSKY CRJ has a VC (if I remember correctly). I thought most of their aircraft did, and I just never chose to install it  :-/

I've never managed to get a VC working in an Opensky aircraft.  I've tried a few different ones, but the multiple downloads and installs just mess me up too much. ::)

Some of the -700 and -800 model variants have a VC, but not all. The -600 and -900 don't have it at all. The VC is actually derived from Moach's 737 Experience VC, transplanted as an experiment to the Posky models, but the guy who was doing it (with Moach's blessing) left Posky to go payware, so it hasn't progressed any further.

not all the -700's and -800's have the VC only two exterior models have it. but even still the VC that POSKY put out is no longer POSKY's product since Giles left some time ago.

in the new FSX versions of the plane you can add the default 737-800 VC to it with some slight modification. ;)

but adding a VC to the FS9 models means you need the source code and POSKY just doesn't give that out to anyone ;)

If you want a nice 737 with a VC why would you waste your time on posky when the 737 experience is right here at Simv   http://www.simviation.com/fs2004jets104.htm
