I would have to say that based on my somewhat similar system, those frames are to be expected with that traffic level and especially because of those addons that you are using.
Here are a few hints to bump up frames very slightly:
-In game, press ctrl-alt-del to bring up the task manager, go to processes, right click on fs9.exe and set the priority to high.
-I personally love my AI and have it at 100 at the expense of frames in more complex aircraft, but if you can do without a lot of traffic, just move your traffic percentage down more. That is probably what is causing the largest frame-rate hit.
-Don't get hung up on frame rates unless they are always in the low single digits. I have found that if I keep the frame counter off, and just worry about flying the plane, that unless I get into low single digits, I cannot notice a difference. (That's just me though...I'm sure some will argue that point.) ;)
-I don't know where you like to fly, or what your visibility settings are, but those are also major factors. I have my FS visibility down to its minimum of 60, due in part because that is actually very realistic in the vast majority of places in the world....on a good day! In real life, I can often not see over 30-40 miles around! There is no need whatsoever to waste frames trying to load stuff that is 160 miles away. I also have cloud drawing at 60, but I may bump that to 80 since the drawing boundary is still visible.
-When was the last time you defragged your drive?
- I noticed that the planes you listed are all high-altitude airliners...which brings autogen necessity into question. What are your settings for that, and are you willing to lower them? Remember, autogen is still trying to load below you when you are flying high enough that it is worthless for visuals. While I do fly my Tu-154 often, I also enjoy my low altitude Cessna 182RG, which means that I personally leave autogen maxed all the time, but if your not a low altitude pilot, then by all means lower you settings. ;)
