PSS Concorde Fuel

Hi all,

I'm having problems when flying the Concorde, mainly with the fuel running out. I always Flick the VFE switch at the start of a flight and pressumed that this automatically controls the transfer of fuel throughout the flight so therefore I shouldnt run out out fuel after being in the air for 2 hours 30 minutes? Any ideas?
