downloading panels

Hello My question is, what Iam doing wrong when i download a panel for an aircraft the panel goes into the aircraft but all the gauges and the panel are turn off Their in black...

Sometimes these planes come with a set of gauges, they need too be in your main flightsimulator/gauges directory. Could you give us a example wich aircraft is giving you problems? And are you installing it directly into the plane or aliasing it from a seperate folder?
