Add new VOR's & or ILS approaches

Question: Can a VOR or and ILS approach be added to FS9. Example: The small airport where I live has just installed an ILS approach. When the approach plate has been implemented, I would like to add it to FS2004.

Yes, with Afcad 2.21. It will add the function(s) to the airport.

It will not add the scenery object(s), radio shacks, antenna, etc. For that you can use a scenery object placer program, like Rwy12.
