A program that allows the editing of the AI aircraft invisible taxiway and runway paths and parking places, navaid stuff like ILS and VOR and ATIS transmitters and such, and also visible runways and taxiways and such.

AFCAD has absolutely nothing to do with AI except making parking spaces which AI can use.
AFCAD is a airport editor with it you can edit or make a airport you can make runways taxiways parking places. You can not add buildings or any other kind of scenery.

Sorry, but incorrect.

When you open an airport in AFCAD, the little narrow lines connecting the nodes in the AFCAD diagrams are the exact centerline paths that the AI aircraft follow when on the ground taxi-ing around and looking for a runway or gate or ramp parking.
