I know how, but that deppends on your graphic card:
If you have an ATI I can't help you.
If you have a NVIDIA chip and correct drivers installed, you can go to your screen settings (by rightclick on desktop), then go to the settings tab where your resolution selection slider is, now click on Advanced, in the new window go to the tab called the name of your graphic crad (not the tab called "graphic card"!) and you'll see a sidebar moving out of that window. Go to the "screen resolutions & ... " part. There you can add user-defined screen resolutions. Add one, but note that this may damage your monitor. You should not use that resolution, just just the one you always had. As you now, you can set separate res. settings in FS. There you now have it in your list.
There should also be a way for ATI cards, but I warned you:
Do something wrong and your monitor (don't know if CRT and/or TFT) can get damaged!!!
