Trouble Taking Off....???

OK I have DC-10, I am tring to take off from San Diego airport. I can taxi to the runway, then throttle up for take off. when I "pull back" the plane lifts, then it stalls and and crashes, I haven't had trouble taking off in any of my other planes. Maybe I am not setting something right. Spoilers or flaps or something. Can anyone figure this one out??? Thanks in advance for the help! :)

Check and make sure you are not over the maximum takeoff weight.
