Just Curious

Postby N2744X » Fri Jun 22, 2007 4:31 pm

I have been running fs with mediocre settings and graphics at 20fps for a very long time, and its time to move on. I want to upgrade to a super nice pc that will run everything maxed at at least 80fps. Would it be cheaper to build or buy a pc?

There is a great deal of satisfaction in building your own PC. The boffins of this forum most kindly spec their Pc, so you have a guide to do that.
Having done just that two years ago to get ready for FSX, I am now seeing super spec PC's at advantageous prices.
So a choice is wide open for you.

Happy hunting.

I'll just say one thing you don't need 80fps, anything over 24 is good, 24fps was what the movies used until not long ago. 30 to 35 would be more than enough.
