ATC and Pilot Voices Addons.....???

Can anyone suggest a decent ATC and pilot voice addon for FS 2004? Preferably Freeware?

Have you looked into "Editvoicepack"? Not sure if that's what your looking for, but it's a versital add-on just the same.
