Some addon planes come with that feature. Default planes do not.

I use one on my default Cessna 172.a bit fiddly to set up as I recall Looks ok but doesn't really wipe the rain off..Don't think we have it here at SimV but it's called wipergauge.zip .Just Google for it...you're sure to find it some where.I COULD give you the link but not happy to give links away from SimV....commoner. ;)

None of the defalt aircraft have working wipers. I have some payware aircraft that have working wipers but have not really tried to put any on the default aircraft. 8-)
