Here's mine...I don't get the evil clouds...are you using an addon for weather or anything? I use Real Enviro Pro, as you can see it didn't cause a simliar problem here. If this is your default airport maybe something went south with the settings, you could always try deleting the fs9.cfg and see if that cures it.
