How do I unistall concpan as I need to unistall FS2004 as it got screwed up and it says it is being used so I can't unistall it, I have unistalled everything to do with FS exept concpan as I cant unistall it or delete it.

Try starting your computor in the "safe" mode and try to delete it then.  Press F8 when you restart your computor.
