Sorry to be bringer of bad news, but you're not the first (nor you'll be the last, I fear) asking this question, and the answer is still "no".
There is no way to do what you ask, or at least no way has been found that I know (and I would like to know as well) beside contacting some italian guy with an english version available to exchange it with yours
Please don't look at me. Though I am italian, I hate the italian localized versions of FS. Had nightmares with the impossibly absurd translations made in the italian localized version of FS2002 (that were repeated verbatim in the FSX one, too bad for my nephew). I went through a lot of troubles to find a FS9 in english way back in the times and I'm not giving it away. Sorry.
