Panel installation help plz. AST V2

This has propable been gone over, but I can't find it in a search.

  I have DL'd, Glen Copeland's Air Show Tour V2 that accompanies the Kirk Olsson F16 Viper, along with the updated panel .dll for Modules and the checklist.  I started with Viper already installed with Eric M's panel (which was working fine)  I tried to add the AST V2 and associated files, when I click "Fly Now" I crash to the desktop.

    I uninstalled and re-installed MSFS2004 clean and followed Glen's installation instructions to the letter (they were easy and clear cut instructions).  Same problem though, I crash to the desktop.

   Anyone know what is happenning?
