Texture Issue

Ok I started a new thread so we wouldn't clutter the Favorite Aircraft Thread. Anywho I downloaded the plane from -->  http://www.fsdome.com/best/best_32.htm  Installed as normal and get this:

What gives?! I am really starting to think you just can't have this texture... very strange.

Downloaded and installed it (Janet 737-200):

The main fuselage bmp is the wrong format, 24bit, which FS won't display.

With 'DXTBmp' or other, open 'b732fuse_t.bmp' and convert to 16bit, 32bit or dxt3.

Most of the other textures are 32bit.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Ok I have it open in DXTBmp, now how the heck do I convert it? Sorry this is all new to me.. :-[
