FS 2004 config

Postby FREIGHTSHAKER » Wed Jan 10, 2007 4:33 am

I need some help here. I can find the config file although when I open it up it is in the form of MSDOS and it says that there is a error opening it up or something like that. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!

If the config file of FS9 (the FS9.CFG, I suppose you're talking about) gives you problems, just delete it. FS9 will rebuild a working one the next time you'll start the sim.

FS9.cfg is a text file like other FS files in CFG format. Open it in a text editor like Notepad.

Well thank you guys for replying to my post. Although i am very computer illiterate. The thing that I am trying to open reads CFGEDIT, not the one you guys are talking about in which is the one I am looking for,  I cannot find the fs9.CFG is it in a folder or just inthe main FS folder? Sorry I am being a pain but I really do appreciate all your help!
