afcad question

Postby Variable » Thu Jan 04, 2007 8:02 pm

Hey, I just put in Logan Intl ver.2 and I want to taxi to the right gate...how do I know what to put for the atc parking code?

Do I put the whole name of the airline like 'American Airlines' or just the abbreviation 'AAL'??

Does it have to match exactly what was programmed in the afcad?? How find out?

:-? :-?

Open the airport in Afcad. Open Lists>Parking. Any parking codes will be listed..

You can then use Tools>Aircraft Editor to modify your aircraft. Select the code from the drop down list if there is an exact match, or enter the exact match manually.

Afcad Help will explain further if needed.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
