Panel problem.

I have downloaded a DC9 panel (hpdc9pan) & installed it.
However - I get a pop-up in German entitled "Soundub - Fehler" with "sound-file ungurtig" & OK plus a red box with a white X, which I clicked & it vanished

Help, please.  I don't speak German & have no dictionary to hand    ::)

SORRY.   I gather I'm being told I need a patch which is a missing sound file, which is on it's way to me    :-*
