I know of no program that combines all the services of both Afcad and Rwy12.
If Rwy12 does not run then your installation is probably incorrect or incomplete.
Recheck your installation by comparing it to the instructions in the 'Installation V1.2.txt' (or .doc or .pdf) document. Use the instructions in the 'Installation for New Users....' section.
Make sure you download and install the (3) third-party programs required by Rwy12, as explained in the section.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
