trim display in FS9

On some aircraft (e. g. the Aerosoft De Haviland Beaver)
when you click on ALT + F, go to VIEWS and select INSTRUMENTS there is a an option for "trim display" which puts a small rectangle in the upper right of the aircraft windscreen showing the plus or minus degree for trim, thusly:
                         E 0.0%
                         A 0.0%
                         R 0.0%

This same option does not appear or some other aircraft, so I wonder if it is a function of the .cfg file for the Beaver, and therefore might be replicated in a different aircraft .cfg by copying.

Or is this a function of the FS9 - and if so, can it be made to work with aircraft other than the Beaver in question?

Please note that this is not a matter of showing a trim wheel or dial - neither appears in the Beaver - but a small and simple box with the % of trim for Elevators, Rudder, etc.

Thank you in advance for any insights or suggestions on locating this particular feature and applying it elsewhere in FS9....

I don't have that aircraft, but it sounds like it's a gauge with a pop up window for the panel of that aircraft, and if so, you could easily add it to other aircraft panels
