Lookin for some help

I have had FS2K4 since the day it was released and never used the flight recording video until today and I was wondering is there any way to convert the .FSR file into .WMV or .AVI suitable for web posting?

Negative.
The actual.FSR file does not contain any video or audio at all, but just instructions for the FS2004 engine.
