Unfold Wings

Postby Bubblehead » Mon Oct 31, 2005 9:04 pm

I recently downloaded an experimental carrier based aircraft which boots with its wings folded. I was able to unfold some carrier based aircraft such as the C2 Greyhound but not this aircraft and others like it. I suppose I have to insert some command of sorts. How do I do that?

Go to Options-> Controls(or something like that)-> Assignments.
And then click the 'General Air Craft Commands' category.
Then scroll down till' you find the Wing Fold Command and define a key (I use 'U") then off you go ;D

It would help to tell what kind of plane your trying to get it to unfold on.

Are the engines running to provide hyd power?

The file name of the aircraft is JRVIk01. The descriptive name is:  JRL Lucariny FS Model Sea Parrot Carrier Borne ASW.

Yes the engine was running. My command keys to retract/extend the wings are: "Shift + O". The command keys worked with all other carrier based aircraft.

Things to try as they may not necessasrly be bound to the correct sequence
- Tailhook
- exit #2 (shift-e,2)
- concorde nose (full up full down)
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur
