Sound Issues..? ( Guy talks in slow motion )

Hi

I have some kind of sound issue. when i go into flight lessons and i start a lesson ( any lesson ) the instructor instructs me in slow motion Eg. insted of just saying ( Speed Up ) He says    
(ssspppeeedddd uuuuppp ) and its realy anoying I cant understand him most of the time Please Help

What's your system specs.  

And are you running it off the FS9 CD's?  If so what speed is your CD drive?

Meqon Dr. Ozzy says get REALLY drunk tonight, tomorrow morning when you have a monster hangover the instructor will sound just fine ;) ;D
Does your sound come off the motherboard or an independent card?

I realy dont know what i run off.... Im good with graphic things but not sound things. and i dont run off the cd.
but i do put the cd in so the game works

Okay i went into some system info and got this ( not sure if it will help? )

What sound quailty is FS9 set to?  Is it Low, Med or High?

at first i set it to high then tthere was this issue And same with med and low...But curently its on high

AC'97 is integrated audio. What chipset are you using?

Um....is it a AMD Athlon XP 2100+1.73 GHz, 512 Of ram
