Turbulance

Postby rich1241 » Sun Oct 23, 2005 8:41 am

Hi,

Is it possible to simulate turbulance ABOVE 10,000 feet?

As when i select turbulance, when setting up weather, it stops after 10,000 feet.

Many thanks,
Richard.

My FS9 replicates realworld turbulence above 10k
This may (or may not) be related to one's FS9 'Realism Setting" -- mine are maxed.

For the best (more noticable) turbulence in FS9 use the payware version of FSUIPC. FSUIPC has sliders (radio buttons?) which are only effective after ponying-up (paying) Peter for all his work :-)

Have fun . . . I am . . .

I am not sure where it is, but there is a setting when downloading weather to either download winds aloft or not. I got some nasty winds at fl110 flying from cuba to Ft Myers
