im new some help plz

hi ive just picked up fs2004 again and was wondering.

What are the best commercial planes to download complete with new panels etc,

Is there any way to make the AI do mistakes i.e crashes on the runway etc,

commerical aircraft with good detail are: POSKY (project opensky), project skyworks, SGA/FFX.

panels can be found in the panels page.

As for a way to make default AI crash and burn?  No there isn't.

One word of caution a lot of downloaded aircraft will use a default panel so make sure you keep the default aircraft.
I for one prefer each aircraft to have its own panel, I hate a four engine plane that uses a two engine panel  but you will see a lot of this. I do not understand why some one would go to all of the trouble to make a excelent aircraft to only go and ruin it by using a incorrect panel.
