Two questions on fs9.cfg

Postby Wingo » Thu Oct 06, 2005 4:39 am

1. What value do I add/change to remove the paused/parking brake etc signs?
2. Is there a list that describes all/most variables contained within the fs9.cfg file??

Heya Winged.One,

For your first question add this line in the FS9.CFG  section labeled [SIM]:

SHOW_BRAKE_MESSAGE=0

As for a comprehensive dictionary list of items on the FS9.cfg file I don't remember seeing any here at SimV.  You may be able Google Search to find such a thing on the net.

Thanks. With the SHOW_BRAKE_MESSAGE does it disable all red text messages or only the brake??

I have had this in my bookmarks for so long, I almost forgot it was there. So thanks for the reminder.

Check this out for all sorts of tips and tricks for the cfg file.
