Help with opening Cargo doors

Im either retarded or somethings just not supposed to work. I downloaded the UPS 747 and the C5, both readme's say that the cargo doors should open with Shift+E+2, I keep doing it, and either the main entrances open (result of Shift+E) or the GPS screen opens (result of Shift+2) So whats the deal, anyone else have this problem?

If you want to open the cargo door press Shift-E and then 2 (release the Shift button before you press 2).
