No Cd question

No Cd question

After a system crash I have reinstalled fs9 and all is ok. Now where can you find the no cd program? It was mentioned to me that you need the one that works with the fs9 update. The one on page 1 of utilities is there ,will it work with the update? Tanks for any info. ???
