For starters,Lima, Peru in something like a DC-8, then move on to Sonoma Valley (approach from the west) ia anything light, the move on to St Barthelemy Is, (try this in a DHC-6 from the landward side) and finally, Courcheval in the Baron, or a Twin Bonanza.
Good luck

yeah, i've messed around at Lukla and Hong Kong a little bit, both are a lot of fun.
Beefhole, I also checked out Saanen (LSGK) and tried a few takeoffs in landings in a variety of different commercial aircraft. My impression is the airport can't handle anything larger than maybe a CRJ-200, Fokker 100, or ERJ 145. Also, I did a little research to see if any airlines actually fly in there and couldn't find any.
So I checked most of these airports out and they are fun, especially while trying to takeoff and land in an A319.
Oh, two things: 1) What exactly am I downloading when I dl "Doherty Difficult Approaches?" 2) This is a little off topic but does anybody know if there are any VATSIM controllers stationed at London City?
