Cursor

Postby Hai Perso Coyone? » Thu Jun 16, 2005 3:22 am

Hello all,
I am running FS9 in 1024x768 resolution. Most of the time, my mouse isn't visible when I move the cursor. For example, if the GPS is stuck to the right hand side of the screen, I can't move it because I can't see my cursor. In addition to this, I can't click in the VC's of all my planes (default and add-ons) becuase there is no cursor. I have Cursor XP which changes the default cursor's into some better looking ones. Wonder if this has chnaged the way things work?

Help appreciated,
Ashar :)

One way to find out. Uninstall this Cursor XP. If that doesn't fix it the problem is almost certainly related to your video card. IMHO
Make sure you have the latest drivers for the video card & also the latest DirectX.

It's CursorXP.  It's a known bug.

You can temporarily disable CursorXP by either going to Control Panel>Mouse Settings and in the CursorXP tab clicking disable - or hitting Ctrl+Alt+Del (or Ctrl+Alt+Esc) and end the process directly.
